Progress happens when people can see their role in it.

ACT was built on a simple belief: sustainability and social-impact strategies only create value when people can understand them, participate in them and help move them forward.
We bring together strategic thinking, practical delivery and human engagement to help organisations turn meaningful ambitions into programmes that work in the real world.

From sustainable events to programme activation

ACT began in Singapore in 2017, initially helping organisations create more sustainable events. That work revealed a broader challenge: meaningful ambitions often stalled between strategy and implementation.
In 2024, ACT established its base in Copenhagen, Denmark, beginning a new European chapter while building on years of international experience. Our focus expanded to the wider work required to make change happen, developing programmes, building partnerships, engaging stakeholders and coordinating delivery.
Today, ACT is led from Copenhagen and supports organisations across Europe and internationally, adapting the right mix of strategic thinking, additional capacity and hands-on support to each initiative.

Founder-led. Collaborative by design.

Serena Pacifico

Founder & Sustainability Programme Lead

Serena works between strategy and delivery, helping organisations turn sustainability and social-impact priorities into practical programmes, partnerships and engagement initiatives.

With more than 15 years of international experience across Europe, APAC and North America, she has led work spanning programme development, stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships, communications and sustainable experiences. Her experience includes collaborations with global organisations, start-ups, associations and mission-led ventures, including the United Nations Global Compact, Microsoft, HSBC, Johnson & Johnson and TÜV Rheinland.
